this is the first time this season (i think) that i have worn shorts and tights. i love this combo. who thought shorts could only be summer? they are so much more flattering in the winter when you can wear them with tight or leggings and have the option for boots, which take up most of your leg anyway. today i paired mine with tall booties, a sheer (huge for spring!) top, and a sleeveless blazer. if you were ever wondering what to do with a blazer that may be too short in the sleeves or just doesn't fit right, you may want to chop the sleeves and wear it as a vest. the tights i wore today were stirrup ones and ended up making a pretty cool affect with my shoes. i like to think this look was somewhat dark and dramatic.. (not shown in the first picture above. a redo would have been good, but too late now since i am in heart print thermal pjs!)shirt gap, vest urban outfitters, shorts old navy, tights target, shoes urban outfitters, watch citizen.
