this turned out to be a great week of outfits and hair. i felt really good in this outfit as i did the others this week. the vest, i must admit, is new. however, it was marked down to $22.50 from $130. i also had a gift card for having the highest sales for february, so it was free. i couldn't really pass it up. i have been looking at it since we got it in and it has had my name written all over it since. wearing it feels like i am royalty. the ruffles and big and form a high collar. it is a lot of fun. i paired it with a print to make it even more fun, but kept the bottom half a little more simple so it wouldn't be too much.
